This is considerably more than a lot of dispensers, so if you're looking to

The chemical properties of baking
powder would not allow you to
store a dough for
more than several hours without losing the rising power.
Perhaps because I make it fresh, I actually believe it is better and
more effective than
store - bought baking
powder.
