story, but in fact Berg along with his co-screenplay
writers Matt Cook and Joshua Zetumer have much more in mind, taking us behind the scenes after the bombing to reveal with almost documentary - style detail how the city went into action and caught the two brothers who committed these heinous crimes.
Waithe starred in Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One, and serves as
writer, creator and executive producer of Showtime's The Chi, a relevant, timely and distinctive coming - of - age
story that follows six interrelated characters in Chicago's South Side that drew rave
reviews and was quickly renewed for a second season.
