While Mafia 3 does a brilliant job in storytelling with some of the cutscenes acting as a documentary style explanation of how the events unfolded using archived footage and some being involved with the story itself and it is rather clever how its done but Mafia 3 doesn't get as adventurous with its gameplay as the shooting and cover system are very basic and at times will make you want to scream at the TV.
