yogurt.
You will find these Lactobacillus

yogurt (make it
plain or Greek for less added sugar), kefir, buttermilk, and fermented veggies like sauerkraut and kimchi.
Either start by
straining plain nonfat
yogurt overnight, or pick up a thick style of
yogurt like Greek which is pre-strained.
You can also make liquid whey from
straining organic
plain yogurt.
