First set up
your strap around your upper arms, so that your arms are right next to the ribs — not squeezing in under your body and not splayed out to your sides.
To help strengthen the arms in this pose, loop and secure
a strap around your upper arms, just above the elbows.
You can also use a yoga
strap around the upper arms to stabilize the body and maintain alignment in the pose.
