cream cheese filling, this delicious cake is definitely at the
top of our list.
This fluffy lemon cake
topped with creamy whipped coconut
cream and
strawberries is the perfect cross between two classic desserts - lemon cake and
strawberry shortcake.
In fact, you could also macerate the
strawberries and whip your coconut
cream, both used for the
topping, the day before as well.
Split open the sweet
cream cheese biscuits and
top the bottom halves with the
strawberries and some of their juice and a dollop of whipped
cream.
Place a biscuit
top on each stack and repeat the layering of the
strawberries, juices and whipped
cream.
Soft, sweet, fluffy rolls filled with
strawberry jam and
topped with a sweet and tangy
cream cheese glaze.
Scoop a layer of ice
cream in the bottom of your glass and drizzle some
strawberry syrup on

To do that, you just
top a slice of pound cake with vanilla ice
cream, chocolate sauce, and a little heated up
strawberry jam.
(We enjoyed coconut whipped
cream on
top, but because the
strawberry sauce was still warm, it just melted everywhere.
Fill each crepe with 1/3 of the
strawberry and
top with a dollop of coconut whipped
cream (see notes).
That's because it's make with
cream cheese to give it that super creamy consistency, and mixed together with fresh
strawberries,
strawberry gelatin and fluffy whipped
topping.
Take a second layer of cake and spread a layer of whipped
topping over it, then place it, whipped
topping side down, on
top of the already built cake / whipped
cream /
strawberry layer.
