It really blew our minds, especially with
the strawberry sauce on top... This cake is super filling and truly satisfying.
To serve, spoon
some strawberry sauce on top of a slice of cheesecake.

Layer your milkshake —
sauce,
strawberry layer, cupcake layer, whipped cream, sprinkles, fresh
strawberries, mini cupcake
on top.
I substituted the
strawberry ice cream in the Cooking Light recipe for chocolate and made my own fudge
sauce to go in between layers and
on top.
(We enjoyed coconut whipped cream
on top, but because the
strawberry sauce was still warm, it just melted everywhere.
Once you're all finished, the homemade
strawberry sauce is great mixed into yogurt,
on top of ice cream,
on toast with some butter, or with peanut butter sandwiches.
And then to
top the cheesecake, I wanted to try and replicate the tart, sweet flavor of the berry
sauce that I had
on the cheesecake in Paris, so I made a chunky raspberry &
strawberry sauce to pour over each serving of cheesecake.
Place the
strawberry waffle layer
on top of the chocolate ** and spoon two large spoonfuls of the cooled
strawberry sauce onto the middle of the ice cream.
Press the waffle down evenly, then place
on top of the
strawberry layer with the
sauce.
Then grind up some
strawberries to create a layer of
sauce, followed by sliced bananas and berries of choice
on top.
For a flavor boost, drizzle
strawberry sauce with chopped peanuts
on top.
Put the
strawberries in 4 glasses, drizzle the
sauce and a add a dash of mascarpone
on top.
