Because the large window is too high above a desk and looks out front which is close to the street and because I have my desk already happily set up in the D'office where I can look across the LR out to the beautiful greenbelt, the guest BR won't become a regular office but hopefully more of an attractive sitting (me and the cats) / non-computer work / storage area that works in the couple of special pieces of furniture I currently have in there.
