calories and you want to be
strict about it, then just
count the almond milk as part of those.
If you're happy with your diet and enjoying the foods you love and you're gaining body fat or have already gotten a little fatter, you may need to be more
strict about either
counting calories or choosing foods that help you consume fewer
calories subconsciously.
