The great thing
about that book is that it talked
about nap schedules and how to look for the signals in your children
about when they're tired and how to work that into their days so that you can be flexible with what your child needs and that's really hard when you have three at the same time but it made us able to come up with a way to have a daily schedule that allowed for having
naps and we were really
strict about you know, we have to do
naps.
I have tried being very
strict about wake up times, up no later than 8 am for the day and up at 3 pm from her
nap no matter what time she went to sleep (today that will mean a whopping 10 minute
nap!)
