Caldwell said she first became worried about SNA's new direction in March, when she attended the group's legislative conference and was handed a policy paper asking for significant changes to the school meal regulations, including eliminating the
requirement that students take a fruit or a vegetable and rescinding
strict sodium limits set to begin in 2017.
