So, I am back on the offensive, not that I had ever really relaxed, and have been shifting my
diet from vegan to full blown ketogenic which means very
high fat, limited protein, lots of veg, and
strictly no
carbs / sugar.
By the way, I couldn't lose any more weight on the

carb diet at all after adding the soy and I was following the
diet strictly.
