You will be assigned a wide range of activities on site Processing machinery and equipment is varied so previous experience in a similar role is required 3 Phase knowledge is ideal in order to maintain the clients» industrial machinery Ability to read drawings is important
as well
as experience of testing systems / machinery utilising the correct test equipment Previous experience of wiring and electrical panel building is also highly desirable
as well
as an understanding of Programmable logic controllers (PLC) A good understanding of mechanical drive systems, both fluid and pneumatic would be ideal
as well
as good fault - finding ability and any gas cutting or
welding experience Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) The Person Specification: Appropriate qualifications or a time served apprenticeship is ideal Previous experience maintaining heavy or industrial machinery is desirable Must be safety conscious Need to be organised and motivated

as being able to work to deadlines and be prepared to adapt according to business priorities
