Real pumpkin purée and my very own spice mix are the stars here, alongside a rich and creamy hemp milk base, a spoonful of whipped coconut
cream, and of course — a brew of some seriously
strong coffee.
Coffee is enjoyed in so many ways ranging from a super
strong espresso all the way to a caramel infused, whipped
cream topped frappuccino.
After some trial and error, I ultimately landed on a pretty concentrated purée of pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, and heavy

For the more mature palates in the family, try freezing a favorite herbal
coffee - alternative concoction or chai you make up during the winter with almond milk or
cream (freezing tends to dull the taste, so be sure to brew your concoctions extra
strong).
BTW, re bulletproof
coffee, I drink my
coffee very
strong but with a large amount of heavy
cream - kind of the same effect as oils or other fats, and I find that if I drink too much of it, come lunchtime, I am totally not hungry and would rather just skip lunch.
If the
coffee is a bit too
strong or caffeinated for you, feel free to dilute with equal parts water or
cream (I just add a generous splash of
cream).
