If you do store them do not store them
on top of each other they will
stick, I would store them with some parachute
paper in between each cookie.
The parchment
paper is used to prevent
sticking on the baking sheet.
While the oil is heating I form all the patties and line them
on a piece of wax
paper, wetting my hands after every 2 - 3 patties to help them
stick together and not to my hands.
Make sure to put some oil
on top of the dough so that the wet
paper towel doesn't
stick.
Sprinkle with flour and continue to dust your rolling pin to prevent
sticking (alternatively, you can roll the dough out with another piece of
paper on top).
If you're concerned about
sticking, and don't want to dust with cornmeal, just cut a piece of baking
