I also had problem with muffins
sticking to paper cups, on next batch, i melted a tablespoon of butter and used a basting brush to swirl it around the inside of the paper cups; that worked perfectly and the buttery taste was a plus!
Mine ended up
sticking to the paper cups, and I wonder if a knob of coconut oil might prevent that in future batches?

I find they
stick to the pan and

cups, so I use a silicone muffin tray.
If you don't have popsicle molds, you could easily pour the mixture into small
paper cups with a popsicle
stick inserted into the middle, then simply tear off the
paper cup when ready
to serve.
However, I used the

cups and the muffins
stick to them depriving me of all that yumminess!
