What makes the
use of technology especially powerful is how digital
tools can connect
students with readers, listeners, and viewers
of their work.
Despite
students of the digital age can truly benefit from implementing new
technology in their learning, teachers don't take advantage
of being able to assist
students with classroom recordings, online forums, and
using online
tools commonly implemented in other educational institutions.
While there are hundreds
of technology tools out there to help language arts teachers, these four have helped me enhance my
use of formative data and feedback to further
student achievement in a diverse and differentiated classroom.
Add to that list the addition
of mastering the
use of technology tools to support instruction with
students, and many a new teacher might go running for the hills!

tools and is intended to give
students experience with a range
of technologies that they may decide to
use in their capstones.
Modern days have made educators go above and beyond with their teaching skills and learn to
use new education
technology tools to innovate their style and create a better learning environment for

of MOOCs, education tried to bring closer
students from all around the world.

of my favorite

used to meet the needs
of a variety

The Education World Tech Team offers lessons and activities to help educators make better

of the regular curriculum.
However, the research also shows that the biggest barriers educators currently face to teach these skills are the lack
of access to necessary
tools and
technologies and the time required to teach
students how to
use creative
tools.

of all
students, not just
students with special needs.
