of obstetrical records in the
second trimester, followed by a letter
of invitation, telephone
screening, and an enrollment visit with
study staff.
A
second level
of screening will then take place, where two pairs
of review authors (AS, MM, JD and LT) will independently assess and select
studies for inclusion against the inclusion criteria described above (Criteria for considering
studies for this review).
