If you've followed me for awhile, you know most
of my outfit choices are classic
styles or have classic undertones so they are not too trendy that they will be
out of style the following year (because who wants a
closet full
of clothes that you can only wear for one season?!).
That's what I like about the
style challenges, they kind
of force me to think
out of the box... or the
closet!
When it comes to getting more
out of my money, not only do I enjoy thrifting, but getting multiple ways to

closet is great too!!
Because after a couple
of years you would have a whole bunch

It's a cut that will never go completely

out of style and never wear it, I know I should get rid

I love structured, anorak, and utility
styled army jackets, especially during this time
of year, because they make pretty much anything in your
closet look like your walked straight
out of an Urban Outfitters catalog or fashion blog.
They don't go
out of style, you might get tired
of grays, blushes, cognacs and tans eventually but I can promise you they can mix and match with any piece you have in your
closet.

It is an unfortunate sort
of affliction in my case, seeing as how a love
of stripes is a
style blogger convention; at last count, I have only 3 striped tops in my
closet, which would probably get me kicked
out of the blogging sisterhood if anyone knew about it.
Because everything cycles in and
out of style, and since the 90s are now sold as «vintage» I can thrift in my own
closet.
When I pulled it
out of my
closet to
style it for spring, I felt inspired to show you all the ways I've worn it!
Obviously you can see I used plaid from my scarf that I received last year and so it was a joy to dig it
out of my
closet and
style it for you once more.
Also, it's important that you find a
style that looks like you just pulled them
out of your
closet and cut them off yourself.
