As far as the oat flour, you can
sub equal amounts for the oats.
If you can't find enchilada sauce you can
sub equal amounts of marinara or tomato sauce and add extra chili powder.
That would be the best substitute, and you can just
sub an equal amount.

If you do, I recommend
subbing the
amounts for all the flours (except for cocoa powder) with
equal amounts all - purpose gluten - free blend.
Just
sub the same
amount, gluten - free flour mixes are designed to be
equal to ordinary flour measurements.
My best guess is to
sub the eggs for flax or chia eggs and the oil with an
equal amount of applesauce.
I use
equal amounts of BS and kale, sometimes I
sub mustard greens for part of the kale and it gives the salad an extra tang.
Just thought I'd add (since I see someone else had the same problem) that I am also allergic to coconut and I was successful just
subbing it out for an
equal amount of applesauce.
Feel free to
sub in an
equal amount of another liquor, such as bourbon, for this recipe, or omit completely if you're serving these to kiddos.
These were very easy to adapt for my multiple food allergies (gluten / dairy / eggs / soy), so if anyone else needs to adapt these, this is what I did: I
subbed 1/3 cup of flour for cocoa powder, 1/2 cup for ground hazelnuts, and replaced the other half with
equal amounts of sorghum flour and potato starch.
Any Thanksgiving side that requires sour cream — mashed potatoes, casseroles, sauces — can instantly be made healthier by
subbing in an
equal amount of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.

sub the cashews with
equal gram
amount (150g) RAW oil - free cashew butter.
