I also went with a much simpler way of adapting,
subbing flax eggs and nut milk, whereas before I was engaging in all kinds of kitchen shenanigans involving vegan yogurt and fancy flours.

I made a loose variation on these (
subbing beet pulp and almond flour for the millet) and I used cashew cream in place of the ricotta & three
flax eggs to make them vegan > not as perfect as the original, but turned out pretty well.
I haven't tried an
egg substitute in this recipe, but you could try leaving them out altogether or
subbing with some fresh ground
flax seed.
I made these cookies today with just a
sub of 1/2 a banana in place of the

sub in
flax eggs for more than 2
eggs.

coconut flour can not be
subbed for almond flour, i don't always know if a
flax egg will work for
egg, etc. i work very hard to create the delicious recipes to share with you and too many substitutions makes the recipe different than what i set out for it.
Sub in a
flax egg if you want to make them vegan, and check that you use pure molasses without added sugar to make the cookies paleo.

My best guess is to
sub the
eggs for
flax or chia
eggs and the oil with an equal amount of applesauce.
so others that are wanting to
sub and use a
flax egg or something I am sure that would work fine:)
Oh and I was short an
egg so I
subbed flax (1 Tbsp ground
flax seeds mixed w / 3 Tbsp water) and it worked fine.

flax egg (perhaps a chia

I just made this loaf for Easter dinner — didn't have walnuts so I used pecans and almonds;
subbed more oat flour for the breadcrumbs, and completely forgot the
flax egg... Whoops!

subbed out (for a

They happen to be vegan chocolate pumpkin muffins, because I am avoiding all dairy and it's just so easy to
sub in ground
flax (FULL of omega - 3s, antioxidants, and fiber) instead of
eggs.
I'll
sub out the butter with coconut oil and use
flax egg... maybe quinoa flour for the almond.

A: You can
sub the cheese for vegan dairy mozzarella shreds, and use
flax eggs instead.
I can not handle
flax & wonder if a third
egg would be an acceptable
sub for the
flax.

flax / water combo.
I bake a lot using ground
flax or «chia
eggs»... but it's difficult to find
subs in breakfast recipes.
Some potential allergen or uncommon ingredients include two recipes that call for
eggs, but one can easily be substituted for a «
flax egg» alternative, coconut aminos (but you can
sub organic soy sauce), coconut flour / oil, almond flour, quinoa, nuts, almond milk (can
sub for a milk of your choice), and fish.
