I think it would be fine for me, once i can eat butter anyway lol (doing a challenge right now to see if dairy causes me any problems) There is
no sub for the butter taste on wings, even fake wings!
Also, DEDRICK BURCH, cream cheese will not work as
a sub for butter.
And I can attest to the fact that solid coconut oil is a good
sub for butter in pound cakes.
I DID add pumpkin tonight - i actually
subbed some for the butter (1/2 C butter & 1/2 C pumpkin) BUT they turned out much more like a fluffy cake not gooey bars (I made the original recipe last week and LOVED it.
