I subbed ground ginger for the fresh and forgot to sprinkle the 1 T of oats on top, but followed the recipe as written.
I didn't have allspice so just
subbed some ground ginger and it was still good for me!

ginger / nutmeg for the one tsp of P Pie spice, as I do not buy pumpkin pie spice.
