If need be, on a
subsequent batch I will reduce the yeast
as you suggest.
1st
batch: followed the recipe, but used coconut oil (heated to liquify
as it is cool in my kitchen in the winter) instead of grapeseed oil (this is the same for all
subsequent batches).
I've made about 5
subsequent batches now from the resulting original yogurt, which is about
as many
as you can get from it before you need to start with a new
batch adding fresh probiotics.

As the block cools,
subsequent batches of steak will be saltier.)
