substantial amount of weight — more than what you may be used to — and so going to prenatal yoga and doing things that kind
of realign my body and help it understand this new
weight and this new distribution and to make sure that I'm strong and
as strong
as possible for labor.
Some studies have found that pressure - cuff exercise performed with light
weights, far less than what is normally considered sufficient for promoting muscular adaptations, can promote significant muscle growth
as a result
of generating a
substantial amount of metabolic stress.
