As we support teachers in this work, we've found the Someday / Monday metaphor to be a helpful way to think about the steps we'd like folks to take.1 On the one hand, if technology doesn't help teachers make
substantial changes in classroom practices — if their classroom isn't «someday» a very different place — then the technology investments often aren't worth it.
