As such, we do not regard a traditional outside kennel or oil drum, in the open, to meet these requirement and seek homes where our dogs will be accommodated in an outbuilding or purpose built unit that offers
substantial protection against the elements.
For this reason, the
protection against unreasonable search and seizure guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment applies to telephone conversations.9 It also is recognized widely that the attorney - client privilege applies to conversations over the telephone as long as the other
elements of the privilege are present.10 However, this expectation of privacy in communications by telephone must be considered in light of the
substantial risk of interception and disclosure inherent in its use.
