Can
I substitute Truvia for the coconut sugar and use the same conversion I use for regular sugar??
This cake looks delicious, but any idea how to adjust the sweetener quantity if I substitute Truvia in there?
Only change I made to the recipe was to
substitute Truvia for the sugar (which reduces the amount of sugar called for by half).
I used Garadelli unsweetened powder and
substituted Truvia (used 2tsp) as that is what I had on hand.

For my keto recipes I like to use Swerve sweetener and
Truvia has a brown sugar option as well If you want a more natural
substitute you could always try molasses or maple syrup, but they aren't keto - friendly.
FYI — I
substituted a hot chocolate mix I had for the cacao and
truvia for the stevia, as I didn't have the listed ingredients on hand, and added a touch of vanilla.
I
substituted natural apple sauce and
truvia in place of agave for a GF / SF version also added pistachios and sf chocolate chips Yum yum yummo!!
My favorite sugar
substitute as far as taste goes is
Truvia (a mix of erythritol and stevia), but I think I might try liquid Stevia alone next time I make this Low Carb Mexican Flan.
I used the bittersweet chocolate again, but this time I added 1/4 cup of
Truvia (sugar
substitute made of Stevia and erythritol; both natural).

substitutes in the United States — lived for an average of only 5.8 days.
I also used
Truvia Brown Sugar Blend to add the richness of brown sugar with half the actual sugar, but you can
substitute an equal measure of Pyure Organic Stevia Blend, or twice as much baking stevia, granulated erythritol, or granulated sugar like brown sugar or coconut sugar.
A virtually identical
substitute would be
Truvia Natural Sweetener.
I also make a Flan / Custard
substituting coconut milk / cream for the milk in the recipe and using
Truvia to sweeten.
You can also
substitute an equal measure of
Truvia Baking Blend instead of the Pyure Organic Stevia Blend, or twice as much erythritol or baking stevia.
Truvia Baking Blend can be also
substituted in a 1:1 ratio (same amount).
In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, add together mayonnaise,
Truvia (or sugar or other sugar
substitute), and red wine vinegar.
I mentioned on your FB post for the chocolate chip cookies that I
substituted the brown sugar with the
Truvia brown sugar blend.
Substitute granulated Swerve for all of the
Truvia (aka 5 tablespoons total).
