substitute agave syrup or honey for some of the regular sugar in their nondairy ice cream bases.
I was just wondering if I could
substitute Agave syrup for the sugar.
I am now
substituting Agave Syrup for the sugar I would normally use in foods I pepare.
We didn't have maple syrup so
I substituted Agave syrup and added a little cinnamon.
I substituted agave syrup for corn syrup and they did not hold well.
I substituted agave syrup for the maple syrup and couldn't really taste any difference; agave has a lower glycemic index and a much lower cost.
I substituted Agave syrup for the sugar in the dressing and I found it to be very tasty.

Maybe you will find your own particular combination of molasses, maple, honey and

substitute for treacle / golden
syrup (which I used to hate).

substitute for simple
syrup that is in a typical margarita.
If you are a honey - free vegan, you can

substitute honey for maple
syrup, but I think you might have better luck with
agave, since it's similar in consistency to maple
syrup.
