i did have to make adjustments like i had to
substitute the apple sauce for some fruity sugar free baby tube food coz we never have apple sauce in the pantry... and i had to cook it with coconut oil coz one of my daughters has an allergy to dairy... but OMG!!!
I was also able to
substitute apple sauce for butter and part of the sugar to help meet my health - focused goals.
Next time I am going to try to

substitute — I see someone was asking above — on other recipes I've seen unsweetened
apple sauce used or mix flaxseed meal with water and let sit for 5 minutes before adding (1 tablespoon flaxseed meal & 2 tablespoons water for each egg).

Have made this recipe twice once using a bundt cake pan and loaf pans amd the second using 5 mini loaf pans;
