If you really don't want to use pine nuts, you can
substitute chopped walnuts or pistachios.
Granola is so adaptable; I easily
substituted chopped walnuts since I didn't have any hazelnuts like the recipe calls for.
Substituted chopped walnuts for breadcrumbs and left out the feta as am dairy free at the moment.
