I didn't have
cream of tarter so I
substituted 1/8 tsp baking powder for the tarter and baking
soda.
In this recipe,
substitute 2 teaspoons baking powder for the
cream of tartar and baking
soda.
** If you can not find
cream of tartar you can
substitute 2 teaspoon of baking powder in place of
cream of tartar and baking
soda.
