substitute flax eggs for the eggs and increased the coconut flour 2 more tablespoons....
I just wanted to let people know that if you don't want to use banana in the crust you can
substitute flax eggs.
I chose to use two eggs to help with texture since I was already eliminating so much oil (if you are vegan, feel free to

The other, more involved way to use

flax gel off then discard the

I see that this was a year ago, but in have the same issue and I
substitute 1tbls of

I made them vegan by
