you substitute the ghee for coconut oil this is also vegan as well as paleo.

substitute Ghee with butter or take a few moments to make ghee if you don't have any.

My recipes are simple, they're all dairy - free with the exception of
ghee (which isn't really dairy), but this can easily be
substituted with coconut oil or cacao butter.
