However, when you're learning to
substitute xanthan gum for gluten, it isn't quite so cut and dry.
For the past few years I have been testing all of my favorite baking recipes,
substituting xanthan and guar with psyllium husk.
But if paleo,
substituting the xanthan gum for twice the amount of flax seed meal yielded good results too, though slightly denser.

xanthan is then produced, dried and ground into a powder, which can easily be added to your recipes as a
substitute for the gluten found in traditional flour.
Some people use
xanthan gum or guar gum to
substitute for the gluten, but lately I've been trying to figure out a way to bake gluten free without the gums.
We'll use many of those same ingredients for our clone, but we'll
substitute gelatin for the

substituting agar because it's a gel and doesn't work the same way as
xanthan gum or guar gum.

If you don't need to eat gluten - free, then you can always
substitute wheat flour for the rice flours, sorghum and
xanthan gum... just use 1/2 cup wheat flour.

For me this wasn't an issue because I eat dairy and both oat flour and
xanthan gum can be easily
substituted.
Add those into your bowl followed by 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of a brown sugar
substitute like Sukrin Gold, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of
