substitute that I know for
confectioners» sugar is Swerve brand powdered sugar replacement.
Alternatively, you can
substitute 2 to 3 tablespoons of sweetened coconut for part of the unsweetened coconut and omit the
confectioners sugar.
If only there were a
substitute for
confectioners» sugar in Royal Icing to make it white sugar free for decorating cookies.
clarification of the above gluten free variation: I
substitute the brown sugar for white in the chocolate dough, but not the pb dough — for that I still used
confectioners sugar.
