coconut oil just fine, I haven't tried it but I would assume that it would work well.
I
substituted expeller pressed organic
coconut oil for the grapeseed
oil and added 1/3 cup crushed pineapple
with juice.
As far as the cooking fats go, if you like to cook
with ghee or clarified butter, you can
substitute that, or even
coconut oil.
But those I can eat without any second thoughts:) I

with dates and apple sauce and put
coconut oil instead of olive
