Not exact matches
Despite its flaws
such as dated special effects, this is a
terrific Sci Fi horror film that has good
performances.
At the very least, Jewison deserves a huge amount of credit for assembling the cast and obtaining
such uniformly
terrific performances.
However,
such inconsistencies seem a minor quibble when compared to Living in Oblivion's larger charms, with a very witty script (also by DiCillo) and some
terrific performances all around.
The situation isn't quite that extreme with Ghostbusters -
such a
terrific supporting cast makes that impossible - but I nonetheless feel that it wouldn't be nearly as fun and entertaining as it is without Murray's amazing
performance.
Such is the case with Collateral, a high - octane, twisty action - thriller that boasts a fine
performance by Tom Cruise (The Last Samurai, Minority Report) and yes, Jamie Foxx (Shade, Ali) is equally
terrific.
