butter, whole grains, whole fruit, unsweetened coconut milk (which is so GOOD!)
It
seemed like the caffeine was not as big of an impact, the sweetener was not spiking blood
sugar as much,
and the
butter was slower digesting, providing an even flow of energy for a longer time.

As our thoughts turn to the less fortunate among us this holiday season, it may
