Unfortunately, I didn't realize the coconut
sugar would cause all of the same symptoms (huge
sugar cravings, joint aches, inflammation, etc) as regular
sugar.
I can not handle
sugar or agave, I just don't digest them and many problems result, but I have been
craving yummy sweets and been unable to make them.

do reduce
sugar cravings with raw chocolate?
I added a little coconut
sugar because I tend to
crave the super sweet banana bread my mother made as a child, but the bananas alone would certainly
do the trick for most... and I probably won't
do this every time.
I have no problem enjoying dessert on occasion (if you're looking for a healthy dessert option I've been head - over-heals for these baked cinnamon apples with coconut cream), but I also don't want to giving into every
sugar craving I have.
The extra fat improves satiety so you don't

does contain bit of fructose (and thus
