The reason I don't do any sweeteners at all, even natural, is because a huge part of
the sugar detox for me is breaking my mental addiction to sugar.
I've recently become gluten free after doing

A lot of recovering alcoholics eat candy as a way

sugar to still be in them but not the alcohol to ease
