This week we are heading in to Week 5 of the I Quit Sugar 8 Week Program, and one of the focus points this week is trying to dine out and stick to low sugar /
sugar free eating.

sugar - and calorie -
free, we still don't have enough research to say whether stevia (or calorie -
free sugar replacements, like Splenda or Sweet - and - Low), is completely safe to
eat.
The bottom line: If you're craving something sweet, skip «

free» options and
eat what you're really craving in moderation.
While I have no known food allergies or intolerances I do find that my body and mind are happier and healthier when I
eat veg, vegan, gluten, dairy and refined
