free brownies, or are making this for
kids or other people, I would definitely go for the raw brownies instead, as they are much sweeter and probably more «likable».
Half fill a clean dry jam jar with flour, add a little
sugar if desired (we don't because the
kids add honey to the end result) crack in one medium - sized
free - range egg, top with dairy -
free milk (or dairy if you like!)
I found this recipe by chance after my
kids and I decided to try a
sugar -
free diet for 2 weeks.
They're all refined -
