I especially loved that the
oats had softened
over the days and how the cinnamon enhanced the taste of the
sugar.
Sprinkle additional
oats and brown
sugar over top if desired.
For this Blueberry Quinoa Muesli I used a combo of rolled
oats, sunflower seeds (I actually prefer pumpkin seeds
over sunflower seeds but I was running low when I went to shoot the recipe), puffed quinoa, coconut, hemp seeds, dried blueberries and a touch of coconut
sugar for sweetness.
A generous crumble topping of
oats, flour, brown
sugar and butter is then sprinkled
over top.
Peel and chop the pears into bite - size pieces, mix them in a bowl with lemon juice and rosemary and add to pie crust, combine brown
sugar,
oats, butter, flour and salt with a fork (or your hands like me) sprinkle
over the pears and bake!

sugars, cinnamon and melted butter get mixed up and crumbled
over our berries.
They much prefer an oatmeal crumble (brown
sugar,
oats and butter (not melted) rubbed together then crumbled
over mixed fruit then baked)
