sugar (depending on your sweetness preference)-- 1/4 teaspoon salt
I especially love summer strawberries when they
're swimming in sweet cream... which
was usually served in a styrofoam cup from a street vendor at a soccer game... and um, they may have
been loaded with extra
sugar, dairy -LCB-
of course -RCB-, and a
few other mystery -LCB- but delicious -RCB- ingredients.

was in the same form, that the final product might
be too one dimensional, too honey - ish, so I decided to drop the final amount
of honey I used, but add in a

of molasses.
I used about 2/3
of the raisins and nuts and 2/3
of almond flour with 1/3
of a gluten free whole flour mix I made, with a
few shakes
of coconut
sugar mixed in with the agave and my family
is enjoying this cake immensely.
A
few days before your cleanse, start to slowly eliminate wheat, dairy,
sugar, alcohol, and caffeine and increase the amount
of whole, unprocessed foods you
are eating.

of antioxidants and it has
few calories while
being low in
sugar.
