The one
sugar that won't
work very well is brown
sugar, which is simply white
sugar with molasses added to it, making it a bit too sticky for powdered
sugar.
I agree with the above questions of how
sugar and the baking powder and soda
work in with the ratios (I'm sure mine needed more of the powder and soda considering they didn't rise
very well and they kinda fall apart, but the flavour is there).

I know the basics of how it should
work — more veggies, more fresh produce, less processed food (which I eat
very little of anyway), less white flours and
