I've always enjoyed a good beer and usually find most
mixed drinks to be either way too
sugary, or way, way too heavy on the alcohol, so much so that it ruins them.
I almost always stick with wine, usually cause I feel sick after
drinking sugary cocktails with
mixers.
I don't like wasting my calories on

Mix and make up your own wholefoods juices than purchase those

Maybe a station like that in my kitchen will stop me from
drinking sugary ice tea (from a
mix)!
