If you have a fresh chicken breast, I would
suggest placing it in the oven for the last 15 - 20 minutes of cooking time, with the squash.

If you're looking for a more pure approach, you can do as some other readers have
suggested... purchase raw cashews (find them
in the bulk foods section of your local grocery store / whole foods), soak the cashews for 4 - 6 hours
in water, then
place them
in either a counter-top dehydrator or your
oven @ 200 - 250 F until they're dry.
I
suggest placing the cooked fritters
in the
oven at 200ºF / 100ºC to keep them -LSB-...]
One thing I
suggest is
placing your
oven rack
in the top 1/3 of the
oven, not
in the middle (if you don't have it
placed there already).
* Tip: Most recipes
suggest cutting the squash
in half and scooping out the seeds and membrane then brushing it with olive oil and
placing it
in the
oven to roast it.
If you feel like the middle isn't cooking through then I
suggest placing the bread
in the
oven for a bit (see FAQ).
If you want to use two sheets to move the job along (after first checking to make sure the recipe
suggests it),
place the racks
in the upper and lower thirds of the
oven with at least four inches between them so heat can circulate.
