We have a very «relaxed» business casual dress policy and I keep trying to get my staff to recognize that stepping their dress up just a little — maybe to «real» business casual — will add so much credibility to them, as they tend to be younger and
their suggestions less trusted because of a perceived lack of experience, etc..
