Our endless
summer had a finish line after all and overnight, the plethora of
food features heralding Mason jar salads, sun tea and berry cobblers have given
way to cinnamon and spice, muffins and quick breads.
And what a better
way to celebrate Dad (and the first official day of
summer, which is also June 21st) then with some good «ole grilling
food.
It's my favorite
food for a crowd, especially in the
summer when you can cook it up on your grill, and it becomes a central gathering point as you, the clever chef, layer ingredients one after the other, in
ways that seem puzzling to those not in know, and half an hour later - boom!
